ParticipantHi, I’m looking at this as a new affiliate side to my business, so trying to integrate the free version into my WP site to see if it’s what I need, but we’re having issues getting it to integrate properly and no direct support at the free level is another issue. Is the paid version any different, or easier to integrate? The pages/parts of the registration process are not loading as they should. So far, only the initial registration part of a new affiliate registering their details is going as it should. It’s difficult to see if this is the right plug in for me if it can’t be tested at the basic level first.
Another query is how I can ensure an affiliate has a simple referral link using their name that works across the whole site for different product pages, or should it just be the shop page link? The referral link generator doesn’t seem to allow personalisation, or have I missed it in the documentation?
Thanks!

ModeratorHi, please read through the following documentation to learn how the registration and login works in our plugin.
https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliate-registration-and-login/
In regards to the integration process, our plugin only works when you use one of the following addons.
https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/addons-extensions/
In regards to the difference between the paid and free version.
There is no difference in the functionality. You can purchase the premium version if you need technical support (where one of our support staff will login to your site to troubleshoot an issue related to the affiliates manager plugin).
Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi, thanks for the reply. Yes, the documentation has all been looked through but it isn’t working as it should. It’s fine up to step 3, and from step 4 onwards, it isn’t happening/loading. My developer hasn’t installed affiliate software before but is a very experienced developer, particularly with WP, shops, etc – what could he be missing? Is the plug in faulty in some way?
What I want is to be able to create a personalised link for each affiliate using their name to use on two separate product suites – is this possible with this plug in?
Thanks!

Keymaster@Foodie, An affiliate can only link to a page on your site using this method: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/affiliates-can-link-page-site/
