Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress

Tagged: commission rates
Hi there, a user has signed up & entered the bounty rate as 25%, incorrectly. When I go into the admin to try and amend the rate, it won’t change – it stays at 25%, even after saving.
a) How do I do chnage this without deleting the user and starting again?
b) how do I remove the bounty rate field from user sign up?
c) Is there a way to set tiers/different commission levels based on sales volume?
Thanks, Darren
PS: I need to be able set diff commission rates for each affiliate
@dmoffatt, Our plugin doesn’t offer a bounty rate selection option to the user. What page are you referring to?
You’re correct. But in the admin area the previous default was set to 25% (incorrectly). When I go into affilate profile to adjust down to 20% it is saving, but when I navigate to affiliate admin profile, the ‘bounty amount’ is still set to 25%.
I would send screen shots but your forum doesn’t allow….
its ok, I worked it out – a mandatory field was incomplete and new data wouldn’t save. better error messaging here is recomemdned
