I have installed WP Affiliate Manager, which runs alongside Paid Membership Pro. My problem is that I’ve noticed that anyone becoming an affiliate has full access to every part of the site, bypassing the paywall. This could become a problem as it would allow affiliates to offer access to others avoiding subscriptions.
I cannot find affiliates in the members or users lists on the site, so I was wondering what level of membership is offered by default and how this can be updated.
Hi, Whenever an affiliate signs up they get an “Affiliate” role which has the same capability as a “Subscriber”.

A subscriber can only view/edit their personal information in the wp-admin dashboard.
Hi,
That’s great. Thankyou.
If anyone else has this problem, I’ve found that by going into users profile I can manually switch them to a seperate ‘affiliate’ role that I have created with it’s own set of rights.
Cheers,
Garry.
