Log out?

When an affiliate is logged in, there is no obvious log-out link or button. Running version 2.3.4 with WooCommerce 2.5.5, WordPress 4.5.3.

Hi, You don’t see any log out option on the “Affiliate Login” page?

There is indeed a log out on the log in page but none to be found on the affiliate-home page.
