Login redirect issue with PMPro

Hi, I’ve looked through the forum and have seen a couple of questions about the redirect issue when using PMPro, but can’t find a solution anywhere?

Everything works great, just after login they are directed to the Member dashboard – rather than the Affliate dashboard.

Is there a bit of code or anything I can implement to enable the correct redirect?

Hi, how are your Users login into your site? Are they login in via our plugin or PMPro?

Logging in via PMPro. It’s an online learning site, so we have students, instructors and now affiliate partners.

That is why they are redirected to the membership dashboard and not to the Affiliate dashboard in your site. In order for your members to have access to their Affiliate account in your site, they need to login via the affiliate login form.

Ah, I’m sorry I misunderstood your question.
Affiliates are logging in via your affiliate login form, but being directed after login to the student dashboard.
It might be a redirect somewhere in the code and I’ll check that, but PMPro is overriding the Affiliate plugin redirect.

If that is the case, then a setting configuration is interfering with the affiliate login process. Our plugin does not alter anything from PMPro plugin. You should get in contact with the PMPro plugin developers. See if they can share some light about your issue. I am also curious to know.

@alissit, I believe Paid Memberships Pro is applying a global redirection to the dashboard. Unfortunately, there is nothing our plugin or any plugin can do since WordPress login can be customized with filters.
