    Hi,

I just installed the plugin a couple of days ago and tested it by signing up as an affiliate. No problems, was able to log in and go to the affiliate area.

I now have my first affiliate and she signed up yesterday. I approved her application and a User was created for her. The emails were sent successfully and she got her username and password. However, when she tries to log in as an affiliate with her email and password, she sees the page as if she has not logged in (sees “This is the affiliate section… please log in to access your control panel…”). She is not asked to review the terms and conditions or anything like I was. Weirder still, if she tries to log in with a password that was not the one sent, she gets an error message that the login was incorrect. However, she doesn’t get that message with the right password, but still it’s as if she is not logged on. The debug log is enabled but there are no error messages or anything useful..

    Please help!

    Thanks,
    Peter

Hi, The username and password (as well as the login process) are controlled by WordPress. So I believe there is some sort of conflict so the user is not recognised as logged in. Can you please do a plugin conflict test by temporarily deactivating one plugin at a time (except affiliates manager)?

Thanks for the suggestion, it turned out to be my caching plugin. I disabled and enabled it and that seems to have done the trick. Hopefully the issue won’t reappear.
