    Hi,
I have just installed the WP Affiliate Manager to our website http://www.welovehousesitting.com
All was going fine until I tried testing it as a new affiliate. I got the approval email and then logged in but it did not direct me to the page which displays the terms and conditions, along with method of payment options.
In the footer there is a link for interested affiliates, click this and you’ll see that I have tailored the page to our needs with additional text and added the appropriate text links to register or log in. When I click the log in link where should this take me please? Affiliate Control Panel? Where is this?

We are using s2 member and also BuddyPress on our website for membership.I noticed that when I’m logged in it logs me into the buddypress automatically which is not ideal at all. You help would be appreciated.

    Thanks Hollie

    Hi,
Sorry I have had to remove the link in the footer as I’m concerned about the link the manager is having with buddypress. Maybe you can just tell me whether using this is a no go if we have s2 member and buddypress on our website? We don’t want affiliates logging in being automatically logged into Buddypress too, which brings confusion and extra facilities to the user. Thanks

Hi, Affiliates Manager plugin manages the affiliate accounts via WordPress. So when you are logging in using the affiliate login form you are actually logging in as a WordPress user.

When you login using the affiliate login form it should redirect to the “Store Affiliates” page. However, if you have a plugin installed which manages WordPress user account/login it might prevent the login redirection. You can do a simple test to find the conflicting plugin – deactivate one plugin at a time until all plugins have been deactivated except affiliates manager.
