Hi,

How do i change the automated password generation tool to a more simple password? A lot of my users are finding that the password they are sent never seems to work, i predict its because they are entering it wrong as its a complicated password.

Also when a new user gets sent their user id and password, very often the email is arriving in their spam folder. Can i do anything to help stop this?

Hi, The password is automatically generated by WordPress. The plugin can’t really do anything about it. However, it’s weird each password that is sent never seems to work. Do you have any other plugin that can override the default WordPress login functionality? For example: WordPress users created by WooCommerce can only login through the WooCommerce login form. They won’t be able to login to your site via wp-admin page or any other login form even if the password is correct.

Regarding spam, You might be able to fix this issue by using a SMTP plugin.
