New Affiliates are not added to User list

I have had 4 affiliates sign up, but they are not added to my user list.

Hi, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? Are you using any user management type plugin?

I do not have it turned on. when they sign in, they are clicking the “Have Read Terms and Conditions” but still says they are not active.

I have Affiliates Manager WooCommerce Coupons Integration and User Roles and Capabilities plugins.

I disabled User Roles and Capabliities plugin and seems to work fine. Thanks

Affiliates get registed, and I manually approve them, they stay as approved and I have to go into phpmyadmin to make them active. I don’t have any user management plugins and the debug is enabled

You don’t have to manually make them active by going to phpmyadmin. They are supposed to login, accept the terms once you have approved them. That’s how an affiliate becomes active.

Yeah, that is the issue, they login, I approve, and they stay as approved, not active. How do I get them to be active. I have done tests to make sure I did click the Terms and conditions.

If you accept the terms upon login and select your payment method it should become active automatically. I have to run a test to see what is actually happening. Please provide a link to your registration page so I can sign up for an account.

I don’t see an email with the username and password.

Well, looks like I have another situation. How do i correct that?

I have no idea either. But for some reason that email sent by WordPress didn’t arrive in my inbox. Have you every installed any SMTP plugin? Usually SMTP plugin can bypass this type of email issue.
