New affiliates unable to register

Hello,

New affiliates to my site are unable register via the registration link; the page will refresh after information is entered but the registration does not go through. I can only enter them manually inside of admin panel.

There doesn’t appear to be a way to disable by page. I’m using Purge Cache and the only options I have are to pause 24 hrs or purge all pages.

@trafficcanny, is Purge Cache the name of the plugin you are using or the button you click on to clear the cache? The reason why I am asking is because there is not such plugin in WordPress repository with a name like “Purge Cache”.

The full name is Proxy Cache Purge. It shows as Purge Cache in the admin menu. Sorry about that.

Update: I disabled Proxy Cache Purge and switched to WP Optimize in order to clean up my database. But the same problem still exists.

Hi, something in your site is interfering with the registration process. Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps.

The issue was caused by Affiliates Manager Google reCAPTCHA Integration. Once I disabled the reCAPTCHA I was able to resgister a test account. Thanks for all the help.

Hi, I am happy to know that you managed to solve your issue. Do you have another captcha plugin installed in your site? What recaptcha type did you use for the settings?

No I don’t have any other captcha installed. I was using checkbox challenge.
