No affiliate dashboard available

Hi. When I test it the affiliatecant see the dashboard – it takes it all the time to the main affiliate page with the link to registration.

Can you disable all of your other plugins then carry out a test? If that does not work, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen?

I’m having the same issue. An affiliate told me about the problem. My test account goes right to a page of accepting terms, which I click, then it takes me to a page to set up PayPal transfer, and gets stuck there. I haven’t seen that system previously, and can’t get to the affiliate dashboard. Yes, I have disabled plugins and changed theme, etc, and nothing changes. Step 5 from the documentation given above doesn’t show up.

Can you carry out the following test. Create a new test account. Make sure it is active, then login and let me know what you see? Also can you tell me what is the URL you see in the following field Home Page? This field is located under Affiliates -> Settings -> Pages/Forms.

Also can you check the following documentation, let me know if your problem is related to step 5 payments details?
