I’m trying to complete a test before placing the plugin in production, but can’t make it work at all. I’ve created an affiliate, approved terms and conditions, and so completed the activation procedure. Using the affiliate’s custom link I’ve completed an online order, put the order in “completed” status, but no commission is visible on the affiliate’s profile. Moreover, the debug wpam-log.txt file is always empty, even if correctely enabled in plugin’ settings.

Note: I used the bank transfer as way of payment. Maybe the plugin traces just the payments completed via Paypal? It would be absurd…

    What to do?

HI, Do you see any data in the log file if you reset it? Which affiliate link did you use to test it?

Yes, the log file is always empty even after a reset.

I used this link to enter the website:

    https://www.campobase.net/?wpam_id=3

Maybe is there something wrong in my procedure? Do I need to add the tracking string to every single URL in my site? How?

I’ve just solved the problem!!! 🙂

For the record, the issue was caused by the coexistence of two wpam cookies on the same machine, used to browse the web site with two different referrer codes.

Once cleaned all the cookies, and re-set a new one (and just ONE cookie), everything started to work like breeze.

    Excellent! 🙂
