No paypal option after registration, no creatives or links shown

I have tried searching this forum and looking at documentation but cannot find an answer.

I have installed the plug in to test. I signed up as an affiliate as a test. When I log in, I am asked how I want to be paid, If I select paypal and click “submit payment details” nothing happens – yes, paypal is enabled in settings. Same thing for any payment method selected.

Also, I have created creatives and uploaded – these do not show on the home page when logged in.

Documentation is pretty limited, so any help would be appreciated.
