ParticipantI tried so many way, even tried the auto approval. But when the new affiliate join and get approval by “Auto” or “Manually”, it doesn’t show any username and password information.
Also, I try to modified the text on Setting->Messaging, after edit the text and click save button. It still same issue. No username and password show on approval email or web message for auto approval.
**** Also the approval email text content is totally different than what I type in on messaging->affiliate_application_approved_email
I just download this plugin yesterday, I had uninstall and install again for 3 times. But still have same issue.
Is this a bug? Do you have any solution to fix this?

ModeratorHi, can you enable Debug Mode and then check the log file after you carry out a test.
You might also like to read the following instructions.
Thank you

ParticipantI tried what you said. No when I click the wpam-log.txt button, the page is blank.
I tried to login my cpanel – file manager – plugins/affiliates-manager/logs
and view. it still blank page.
No clue ….to fix it.

ParticipantNow I am using alternative way, since if I enable auto approval feature, New affiliate will not receive an email for approval.
I enforce them to sign up my website as member first, then through their sign up to redirect them to sign up affiliate account with using their existing membership account.
This is not a good resolution but can temporary solve my issue now.
I really hope you guy can find the solution here. Since I check the post, there are some others people facing same problem like me.
Thanks
