ParticipantHello,
In the Settings I have enabled “Send new registration emails to admin” but I never receive any emails.
The person who registered DOES get their email that their registration has been sent, etc.But no Admin Emails go out for new registrations, even though all the information is filled out.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards,

ModeratorHi Sarah,
Can you make sure the following option Send Notifications to Admin is checked under Messaging tab?
If it is already checked, then make sure your e-mails are not landing in your spam box.
Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

ParticipantThanks for responding.
Yes, everything is already selected and my admin email address is filled in.
Nothing goes to the admin Inbox. Nothing in Spam or Junk either.I received your post in the same email box under Updates. So I am definitely receiving emails. Just not from the Affiliate Plugin.
I also tried registering as an Affiliate using the same email address and interestingly enough did NOT receive the Affiliate Response Email either. Signing up with a different email address (twice) worked fine and I got the Affiliate Response Emails in both email addresses.
Wondering what is different about our admin email. It is a Gmail account. Does that help shed any light?
Thanks again.

ModeratorHi, in your case I think the best option for you is to use a different e-mail account for testing. For example: do you have a hotmail account or a domain name e-mail account you can use for testing?
This will confirm to you if it is your gmail account settings that is causing this issue for you. Another alternative option is to use the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/. This helps many running into issues like yours.
Let me know if the above helps you.
Thank you

ParticipantThat’s funny, I thought of the same thing and tried it just before your post!
Used my personal Gmail for the admin account and I DID receive the Admin Email, so it’s definitely sending them. Not the plugin. Must be something up with our domain Gmail Account.
Will tackle it from there.
Thanks for helping figure out the source of the issue!
Much appreciated.
