Order status remains "pending payment" with paypal

Hello,
When a customer uses an affiliate link and checkout with paypal
– The order Status remains “pending payment” and then moves to “Canceled” for “time limit reached”
– the affiliate and the administrator of the website do not receive notifications woocommerce mails like what an order was passed on the website.

Hi, was the order finalized or cancelled before the purchase was completed?

@pierre-yves, The plugin only rewards a commission when the order status is in a “processing” or “completed” state in WooCommerce.

So what you are saying is the order does not finalized, does not come through and there is no record in your site. Is this correct? Also are these subscription payments or one time payments?

Hello, thank you for your quick reply, the issue didn’t come from the plugin, it was cause of the settings of the paypal account. The plugin works perfectly! 😉
