Paypal Mass Pay Error

Hi,

Have setup sandbox to test Paypal Payout
and as soon as I click on the submit button,
screen goes blank. Why does this happen?

When I reload the page, I’m getting this error:

PayPal rejected your mass payment. Error details:

Code: 10004
Message: The number of input records is less than or equal to zero
Severity: Error

Kindly advise how to solve this.
