PayPal Mass Pay not showing affiliates

Hello! I have successfully created a new affiliate and tested it out with a referred product purchase. The purchase went through fine and the balance/earnings updated correctly under My Affiliates, and the Commissions tab also shows the correct amount (so does Manage Payouts > Generate Report.)

However, when I go to PayPal Mass Pay > New Mass Payment there is nothing listed there.

I have Enable PayPal Mass Pay checked under settings, and have supplied the API Username/Password/Signature and selected Live as the API End Point. The account is a PayPal Business account.

Any idea what I should try next?

Hi, can you enable Debug mode under Settings -> General tab. Then carry out a test, once completed the test, can you check the log file.

Report back with any findings.
