    Hi
I have installed the free version of the plugin but it is not keeping track of affiliates sales. I am using woo commerce and have tried using the link created once an affiliate is created but the plugin doesn’t seem to cookie the affiliates id. Here is the link to the website I am working on – http://173.254.72.129/~hilltos0/ I created a link here:

Do I need a paid description in order for it to work. Or am I doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi, Please do the following:

    1) Enable debug in the Affiliates Manager settings.
    2) Reset the debug file
    3) Click on an affiliate link and do a test transaction
    4) Make sure that the WooCommerce order is in a “completed” or “processing” state (otherwise the commission will not be awarded to the affiliate).

I will then be able to check the log file and investigate the issue.
