Plugin still awards commision for pending orders

Hi There,

Love the plugin! I have one small issue. Sometimes on WooCommerce orders come through as pending. Meaning the customer has checked out on the website but for whatever reason has not made a payment.

The plugin still awards comiision in this case. What can I do to solve this please?

Hi, is this a random issue? Does it always happens with the same product or the same page?

@greyhat, Affiliates manager only award commission when the order status is in a “completed” or “processing” state. Please do the following:

1) Enable debug in the affiliates manager settings
2) Do a test purchase
3) Check the log file to see how the commission is being handled.
