Problem submit payment mode new affiliate

We have a problem when a new affiliate submit the payment mode at the last of the register form.
The website reply a 404 at the following URL
https://nitorlack.com/?step=submit_payment_details&action=confirm&page_id=56301
When we did install the plugin all works ok, but from two weeks ago isn’t working.

Can you solve it?

@nitorlack, You can deactivate one plugin at at time to see if affiliates manager is conflicting with another plugin.
