The creatives that were created are fine on the back-end, but the front end I found some issues.
here is the image (screenshot) of the creative

Here is what it looks like on Facebook

Not only does it show the code, but it shows a different photo image from another creative as well as the main product image from the website. While that might not be too bad, it’s not what we wanted. We wanted the creative and photo as it was created in the program.
Thoughts as to why this happens. And is there a better way or examples to post on social media without the code being seen?

There is no real documentation by wp Affiliate to give to our affiliates about the best way to use the creative codes except what we create and share with them on how to market the products. Not all affiliates are web designers or coders.

Hi, just for testing purposes. Can you disable all other plugins except ours, then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Kind regards

@3shadesofbluewebdesign, The code you are using should be embedded into a WordPress page. I’m not sure if Facebook allows embedding of full HTML code. However, it can read what the destination URL is from that code. So I believe it’s automatically finding an image from that page.

Have you tried to upload an image on Facebook and link it to a particular page?
