    Hey there,

    Relative newbie here !

I’m trying to set up an affiliate area with your plugin to see how it flows. I’m having a problem regarding colors and displays as you can see on screenshots (attached)

Both background and font are white, thus making infos unreadable.

I thought I would be able to configure it through plugin settings but I could figure it out.. How to deal with this please ?

    Thanks for helping !

Hi, I see what you mean. Our plugin is styling the forms as per your theme. For example if you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen you will notice the changes in our forms. This should help you understand how our plugin works.

You should set up a child theme for any customization.

Sorry so .. is there a proper solution ? I mean instead of changing my whole theme

I could try to find font color in the plugin code to change from white to black so at least it’s readable, but it will vanish with future updates right

I’m already on a customized child theme, and already put some code in CSS or PHP snippets, no problem with that. But I’d looove a bit of help to sort this out 🙂

Hopefully you can put me on the right way !

    thanks

I would love to, but your contact form seems to be buggy:

‘Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.’

I tried multiple times today without success…
