problem with terms and conditions box

When the link to read the terms and conditions is clicked on, the box opens but the inner box containing the text and links is very small and can’t be read. It has a scroll bar on the right side, but the box doesn’t expand to fill the outer box.

Hi, That looks like a CSS issue. How does it look if you switch to a default WordPress theme? For example: Twenty fifteen or Fourteen.

Is it possible to just remove the terms and conditions requirement? All our (few) affiliates are hand picked/approved and are provided hard copies of the terms/conditions as part of the process we use.
