Wow. Just installed the plug in and I don’t know where to begin.

If I go the the affiliate page, affiliate-home/affiliate-login/, I get the following message:

This is the affiliates section of this store. If you are an existing affiliate, please log in to access your control panel.

If you are not an affiliate, but wish to become one, you will need to apply. To apply, you must be a registered user on this blog. If you have an existing account on this blog, please log in. If not, please register.

Seriously? There has to be an easier way to say that. In addition, my site isn’t a blog. Furthermore, the words you are suppose to click on aren’t highlighted or anything, so it’s even more confusing. In any event, if you click on register, you get to a form.

You fill out the data, but the Terms and Conditions box at the bottom is black when you click on it! More issues.

Then, it says you are registered. But it doesn’t tell you where to go from there. No button to click on or anything.

So, if you go back to the affiliate home, it let’s you log in, but you need a password. Well when you signed, up, it didn’t ask you to create a password. I tried to sign up as a member to the site, but then it says the email address is already in use.

I mean yikes guys. The plug in might be great, but I ran into about 6 bugs before I could even get signed up with a test account.

Hi, I think the best option for you would be to read the following plugin documentation. It covers all aspects of the plugin and it answers all your questions.

    Thank you

Thank you. I didn’t want to post a negative review. That wouldn’t be cool. I’m sure a lot of folks have worked long and hard on this, so just trying to figure it out. Thank you

@gordon01, Please provide links to your registration and Store affiliates pages so I can take a look. You can actually customize the message in the plugin settings – Affiliates -> Settings -> Affiliate Registration -> Affiliate Homepage Message.

Ok – good to know. That will allow me to fix that problem. But would love help on the others. Thanks!

I show 4 pages in my wordpress admin panel.

    Thank you

Thanks. The plugin doesn’t actually define any CSS for the link texts. It comes from your theme. It looks like there is a CSS issue in the terms and conditions popup as well. Can you please test it on a default WordPress theme (example: Twenty 16, 15 or 14)?

Sorry but that is beyond my scope of abilities.

Hi. I think I have everything working correctly and am pretty excited about it, with one exception. The Terms and Conditions box doesn’t open properly. Is there a way to remove it entirely. Maybe show a link to Terms and Conditions instead?

    Thanks
