How can my affiliates see the commissions by products? I purchased and installed the Product-specific commission add-on, but the default $1 commission keeps showing in the affiliates’ dashboard, and there is no commission-related information in the creatives.Please help.
Hi, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? If not please enable debug and do a test transaction afterwards so we can investigate the issue. You can send us the link to the log file via contact form:
