Registration, Affiliate Home and Login Do not work

Hello,

I’ve installed the plugin, added PayPal, and filled out all of the settings. I manually added my first affiliate but she did not receive an email. Upon checking, I realized all three pages (home, registration, and login) are blank. Here’s a link to home: https://mydearrain.com/affiliate-home/

Am I missing a step here?
