I’ve just installed this plugin, but when I try to register a new affiliate account, none of the registration fields are accepted?

    This is what I get:

    Register

    First Name * is required
    Last Name * is required
Phone Number * must be a valid phone number
    E-Mail Address * must be a valid e-mail address
Address Line 1 * is required
    City * is required
    State * must be selected
Zip Code * must be a valid zip code
    Country * is required

I’ve double-checked the information I’m putting in, so I know it’s correct. It just doesn’t accept anything?

Hi, Do you see the same issue if you disable reCAPTCHA?

Hi there, thanks for your response. Doesn’t seem to make any difference whether recaptcha is activated or not.

I’m guessing it’s some kind of issue with the way the form is being submitted?

I believe it’s conflicting with some other plugin. Do you have any plugin installed that handles WordPress user registration or login? If not try deactivating one plugin at a time to see which one is causing this issue.

If it’s not a plugin, do a theme test by switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily (Twenty 16, 15 or 14).

@pnoges what is the problem you are experiencing? I think it would be best if you start a new support thread?

    Regards
