Registration Form is not working

This page, just goes to a blank page after the submit button, if I try to add a affiliate manually it shows, and error message. “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

This is a new WordPress install, and I removed all other plugins and still got this error.

@Pam, Have you customized the registration page form?

There were no Default or base fields, so I added customer fields. I tried to uninstall and re-install, and also delete it from my file manager, and re-install to see if I could get the base fields and they don’t show up.

@Pam, These fields should be created by default: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/05/registration1.png

You can try to empty this database table (please check to make sure that it contains your custom fields) and reinstall the plugin:

wp_wpam_affiliates_fields
