Removing affiliate link on nav bar on all pages

Hello guys,

Thanks for the great plugin.

I want to remove the link of “Store affiliates” in the navigation bar of my website on all pages, how do I do this?

i want to redirect chosen affiliates via email to the page not let customers navigate to view that page.
