Request: Add a hook for when an affiliate updates their profile

Would it be possible to add a hook when an already approved affiliate updates their account info?

I’m trying to add a code snippet that sends an email update to site admins when this happens so that they can update our legacy system with any new affiliate information, but I’m not seeing any current hooks that allow for this.

If this isn’t possible, then could you point me in the direction of which function is responsible for updating affiliate account info?
