Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress
by
WordPress Affiliate Manager › Forums › Affiliate Manager Plugin › Require new account to become affiliate (disallow existing members)
Hi,
Even when user logs out and uses the same email of the account they already have on my site, there is new error warning that the email is already in use when they fill out the registration form.
I need to force users to create new accounts rather than assign the affiliate capability to the exiting user.
How is this possible?
Thanks.
I’m using Elementor page builder and the shortcode widget. I also user peramlink manager plugin. I have changed the page for registration to /affiliates/ – not sure if this is causing the issue.
Thanks

Please check the following documentation to make sure your pages in the settings are correct.

Let me know how you go.
Thank you.
@lspoe2, Could you clarify the issue?
