ParticipantHi, I have the S2Member, Affiliate Manager, and the S2Member Integration installed on my site. It appears to be registering my visits but it is not registering the sales. Any idea what the issue might be? Thanks,

KeymasterPlease turn on the debug option in the plugin. Then do an affiliate referred test transaction and share the log file data so we can check it.

ParticipantUnfortunately when I do that the log file is empty? But it is registering the visits and impressions in the Statistics section of the affiliate user, just not the sale. Thanks,

Keymaster@harcha24, Do you at least get the “Log File Reset” message when you reset the log file? I believe your server is preventing the plugin from writing to the log file. So you might need to manually set the file permission of the log file (wpam-log.txt) to “777” just for testing. You can find it by connecting to your server by FTP and navigating to this directory.

ParticipantYes. I receive the following message when I reset the debug file.

KeymasterThere was a minor bug in the S2Member addon. We have just released an update to fix it. Please update the addon and see how it goes:

Participantsame issue here…
-even after updating the plugin there is no sales tracked,
-log file doesn’t write anything even after setting the permission to 777 manually
-log file is able to be reset with button showing this result (need to go to ftp manually as clicking on the link in affiliate settings still shows blank page)[02/25/2015 6:48 AM] – ——– Log File Reset ——–

KeymasterI have just tested it with the latest version of S2Member plugin. It seems to be working fine.
Have you completed the registration after the transaction? If so, did S2Member successfully create the member? You will find it under “Users->All Users”.
Please do the following:
1) Provide a link to the page where have the S2Member payment button.
2) Share the affiliate link that you are using to track the commission.February 26, 2015 at 3:48 am #659mopo
Participantyes the member registration is automatically created after payment is success and I saw the member account in “Users->All Users”
1) Provide a link to the page where have the S2Member payment button.

2) Share the affiliate link that you are using to track the commission.

KeymasterThanks. I don’t see any membership button on the checkout page. It just shows a message – “Your cart is empty.”

KeymasterWe added more debug messages for Easy Digital Downloads integration (there wasn’t enough). We also tested to make sure it works with the latest version of Easy Digital Downloads plugin. Can you please update the Affiliates Manager plugin and do another test purchase? It will be much easier to investigate the issue now.

Keymaster@harcha24, Thanks. I was able to register and create an account. Do you have a page where a user can pay for a membership?
