Show MLM downline links in upline profile page?

Hello,

Is it possible for this plugin to have a visual design in which a MLM(Multi-level marketing) organization would like to show the links of downline in the profile page of upline, if it can, how can I it make it works? Which also means that when downline register to affiliate website, the registered person has a column to fill in code of upline person. Thank you for your attention.
