ParticipantI went through the standard tests of deactivating plugins and themes. I enabled debug. The Click Tracking shows the Affiliate ID, Tracking Key and Referring URL, but the WP Affiliate Manager is not posting the commission.
On the debug log, it displays:
[11/15/2018 2:34 PM] – SUCCESS : Simple WP Cart Integration – IPN processed hook fired. Custom field value: wp_cart_id=640&ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
What am I missing?

ModeratorHi, are the orders to be awarded a commission also visible in simple shopping cart plugin?

ParticipantYes, the order is showing in the Cart Orders, and the Status is Paid. In the Commissions it is displaying “No Commission Data Found”.

Keymaster@mal129, There is no affiliate ID in the custom field. That means the cookie didn’t get set properly.
Can you please share the link that you are using to test an affiliate purchase?

ParticipantI set the cookie duration to 32000.
The affiliate link I am using is

Keymaster@mal129, Thanks. It looks like the cookie is not getting set. I loaded the page multiple times no affiliate cookie was set for ID 1. Do you have any plugin that could prevent affiliates manager from saving cookies?

ParticipantI disabled all the plugins and unfortunately still not working. What else could be going wrong?

Keymaster@mal129, Have you done a theme test by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme? You may need to contact your web host to see if there is something on the server that is conflicting with PHP’s setcookie function.

ParticipantYes, I have installed WP on a separate sever (albeit same hosting company), and used the default WP theme and still no joy. I will contact the hosting company as suggested. Thanks.
