Store affiliate dashboard not displaying

Two problems:

1. The store affiliate is not displayed after the user logs in successfully, there is no Store Affiliate page as seen on your documentation. It just displays the login page.

2. Even though the affiliate clicked “accept terms and conditions” upon registering, from my side it says they haven’t and when they log in it doesn’t give them an additional step to do so only the above.
