ParticipantHello,
How is the Terms and Conditions set up? I see the T & C Contents in the “Affiliate Registration” Tab and the Affiliates Homepage Message, how do I make them available to prospective affiliates. Is there a shortcode for each that I need to add to a page or something ? Currently if I click on the T & C link in the Affiliates Registration page, I get nothing and I do not see the Affiliates home page at all.
Help!!!
Thanks

KeymasterIt looks like the the page is missing some scripts that are required to pop up the terms and conditions. Where is the homepage that was automatically created during installation?

The attached image depicts what pages were created when I installed the plugin. If I create the page myself, should I just copy and paste the T $ C text in the Affiliate Registration tab or should it be accessed some other way?
Thanks

KeymasterTerms and conditions message is shown in a popup (it’s not actually page). However, the plugin will only include the necessary scripts if the homepage and the registration page are correctly set up. This is to make sure that these scripts are not included on every page of your site. If you are not sure please delete the registration and the login pages that are automatically created by the plugin during installation. Once you remove these pages, do a simple deactivation and reactivation. This way the plugin will recreate those pages and save the IDs in the database.

ParticipantHello everyone,
I had the same issue (Terms and Conditions Link not working) and so I followed the suggestion above of deleting the registration and the login pages. Once I removed the pages, I deactivated and reactivated the plugin.
However, the plugin did not recreate the pages.
I then deleted the plugin and all the wp_wpam tables from the database and reinstalled the plugin.
However, the plugin still does not recreate the pages.
Any ideas?
Many thanks

Participant@shadowlabs, thanks!
Got the pages back thanks to the shortcodes.
However, I have still the original issue.
My WP pages do not have a Terms & Condition page and so the link I set up in the following path does not load up: Affiliates > Settings > Pages / Forms > Terms and Conditions Page
Neither, it pops up from the Application Form from the box “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions”.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks

KeymasterCurrently, it simply links to the page instead of the popup. Please provide a link to your registration page so I can check it.

KeymasterThanks. It looks like the link is working fine:
https://www.starstorytelling.com/affiliates-terms-and-conditions. But as soon as it starts to load the page something on your site automatically redirects to this URL:https://www.starstorytelling.com/. Have you set up some type of redirection somewhere?July 19, 2017 at 2:28 pm #2823fuzzytake
Participantyes, I have a redirect for the “404 page not found error”
