the affiliate access page is not found

all perfect until the moment the user untends navigate to the affiliate access page says: page not found.

I do not have much knowledge in web pages and this topic is driving me crazy!

I have tried some solutions that encotre in the photo as:
  -desintalat and reinstall
  -clear cache
– disable other add-ons to see if these interfered with the completemto

but none of that works, I’m using the plugin in Spanish.

Hi, did you also add the shortcode to the page URL? Can you also share a screen capture of the URL structure of your affiliated pages? Please check step 2 in the following documentation to get an idea of what I mean.

@ines019, The affiliate login link that you shared goes to a 404 (not found) page.
