KeymasterHi, Do you have the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings? Are you referring to click or sale tracking?

ParticipantHello ,
Thanks for your response
The debug option enabled .
I track sales .
When I tested it get the pmpro order id and the payment method , that mean the integratin worked, but the aff id still empty .Thanks

KeymasterThat means the plugin was not being able to retrieve the tracking data from your browser. Please do the following:
1) click on your test affiliate link
2) Check your browser cookies to see if a cookie named “wpam_id” got set.June 21, 2017 at 3:28 pm #2747youssry
Participantthat what i get
cookies name : catAccCookieswhat is that ?

KeymasterThat’s not right. That means the cookie “wpam_id” is not getting set in your browser. Does your browser have cookies enabled? Do you have a page where I can click on a test affiliate link to check it?

Participantyou can check it here

KeymasterThanks. It looks like the cookie is not getting set in my browser either. I have tried multiple times. Can you please deactivate one plugin at at a time to see if a plugin on your site is causing this issue? You should also do a theme test by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (example: Twenty 17 or 16).

ParticipantHello,

when this plugin : “Cookie Consent ” active the cookies name in the browser set with : “cataccCookies”,
while when it deactivate or deleted the cookies in the browser be empty !!June 24, 2017 at 12:35 am #2759youssry
Participanti deactivated all the plugins except WP affiliate manager,
put the problem not fixed tooJune 24, 2017 at 6:17 am #2760Shadow Labs
KeymasterIt may have something to do with your server configuration. We are using PHP’s setcookie function to set the cookie in the user’s browser (it’s pretty standard):
http://php.net/manual/en/function.setcookie.php
You should contact your host to see if there is a configuration that could affect this functionality. A similar issue was reported by another user where it was caused by server varnish caching on bluehost.
