    Hey,

    Firstly – great plugin!

I’m having two issues when I attempt to add a new affiliate via the ‘New Affiliate’ form within WP Admin.

I enter all the details as anticipated, with no erroneous data or characters, I click ‘Add Affiliate’ and then I am presented with an error, above the form stating ‘undefined must be selected’.

In addition, if for example, I enter an email address that is already in use, it will correctly alert me to this fact with an error of ‘E-Mail Address * is in use’, however, I am then unable to edit the field for the email address itself, meaning that I must refresh the page and start the form again.

I’m using the latest version of WP Affiliate Manager (2.9.16). I have S2Member Pro, Post SMTP, Ivory Search and Yoast SEO plugins installed. I have disabled each one-by-one and this has made no change to the above. In addition, I am using the ‘twentysixteen’ theme and have changed to other themes to attempt to fix the above errors, but no change occurs.

The above error appears to be caused by incorrect form validation – if you could provide any pointers, i.e. where the file or function for form validation can be found, that’d be great!

    Many thanks in advance!

Hi, for testing purposes can you carry out the following troubleshooting steps. Disable all other plugins except ours. Then carry out a test. Let me know if you still receive the same error message.

    Kind regards.
