I click on “View Affiliate”, then Account Finances. Customer has an amount owing.
I click on “Apply Payout” and get to a screen which offers “Current balance” or “Other amount”.
I’m unable to click on anything in this window. I can’t change between the two, and neither can I select Cancel or Apply.
Please help.
