Affiliates Management Plugin for WordPress
by
WordPress Affiliate Manager › Forums › Affiliate Manager Plugin › User missing "wpam_affiliate" Capability
Hello,
I have a two wpam affiliate users.
Once of which is properly assigned the ‘wpam_affiliate’ capability, the other of which isn’t.
I’ve tried assigning the capability manually using the ‘User Role Editor by Members – https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/
Here is a screenshot of the two users:

Additional Capabilities
Capabilities wpam_affiliate
@ianarman, The capability is only added to a newly registered affiliate (with no existing WordPress user account). The plugin will continue to work even if it’s not set for certain users.
@Shadowlabs, the problem is the user is an existing WP Affiliate user, and they have the ‘capabilities’, however when accessing the Affiliate login page, they receive a message indicating they are not an affiliate member.
@shadowlabs, How did they get the capability? Did they actually sign up for an affiliate account (an existing user can also sign up for an affiliate account) or the capability was added manually?
