Users, email and access

I set this up on my wordpress site and when through the settings and read the documents.

Where i’m confused is when I add someone (i unchecked to automatically approve) they get an email that they have been approved and to log in. that’s it! No username, no password, no URL, NOTHING!

They don’t get any other emails. I used myself as a test with a non-associated email and still nothing.

What step am I missing? From what I read on the documents and on the back end they should be getting an email with that information shortly after approval. that’s not happened yet.

Hi, Email body should contain the username and password since a WordPress user account is created with that email address. Are using an email account that already exists?
