Using a form with an affiliate plug-in

Hello!

I’m setting up the Contact Form 7 plugin on http://100kinvesting.com/about-your-home/

I also have the WP Affiliate Manager plug-in for
http://100kinvesting.com/equity-sharing-affiliates/

For the affiliate plug-in, I have the Default Landing Page set to set to the above url, and
http://100kinvesting.com/about-your-home/?wpam_id=1 as my test affiliate link.

However, while the affiliate url takes me to the about-your-home, the “?wpam_id=1” for affiliate ID 1 doesn’t come through to the email, so I have no way of knowing which affiliate would send the referral.

Is there some way that the Contact Form can get the specific affiliate url or affiliate ID? Or does WP AM have a (compatible) form to use, so then when someone fills out info via a form, the appropriate affiliate is credited?
