    When people try registering for my affiliate program and fill all the information in and hit submit…the form just refreshes and stays there. It worked fine when I set it up but now for some reason it’s not working. The only I had done was to add google recaptue on the site…but I removed it trying to get this to work again.

    Hi, do you have any cache plugin installed? If you do, have you excluded the registration page from being cached?
