WooCommerce Coupon Tracking plugin not working

A month ago I bought the WooCommerce Coupon Tracking plugin installed and configured and following all the steps, but it’s not working . When a sale is made the affiliate coupon it does not appear nor his commission, and the coupon normally appears in the data of the sale.
