WooCommerce Coupons Addon not working

Hi.
I am having problems with WooCommerce Coupons Addon.
WooCommerce, the affiliatesystem and everything is working as it should, except the coupon-integration.
It will not credit the affiliate that is accociated with the used coupon.

The coupon is deducted from the subscripton price and saved in WooCommerce but not credited to the affiliate.
Orders made with refkey is working as it should both at the initial order and each time it is renewed.

The coupon is setup as it should in WooCommerce under ‘Coupons’ and also setup with the same name under ‘Woo Coupons’ in Affiliates and the correct Affiliate ID (AID) that should be accociated with it.

Anyone else with the same problem or who got it to work?

Wordpress 4.2.2
WooCommerce 2.3.9
WooCommerce Subscriptions 1.5.26
WP Affiliate Manager 2.0.6
Affiliate Manager WooCommerce Coupons Integration 1.01
Affiliate Manager WooCommerce Subscription Integration 1.03

@amosb, Do you have debug enabled in the affiliates manager settings?

yes but the log file is empty

The log shouldn’t be empty. Are you using this addon?

Excuse me, the log was not empty.
I have update all the plugin and now all is works
