Do you follow a link called “Websitename.com/affiliate-home/affiliate-login” ? If that’s the case, try following the link “websitename.com/affiliate-login/ and see if that works. Go into the “Settings” of affiliate manager, then “pages” and see what the URL of your affiliate homepage is.
