Hey I solved this by reinstalling the Affiliates Manager Simple WordPress Integration Plugin and creating new Simple Membership buttons

Hey, I am having this same issue and have not found a solution yet.

Affiliates Manager is tracking my clicks, but none of my affiliates are receiving commissions for the clicks they brought to the site.
