I was. So when I view it as a non-logged in user, it does show the correct message.

So what about the emails? When a new affiliate is approved it still sends out a message that is not listed anywhere on the Settings / Messaging tab. I have tried letting it send out the default message, and I tried letting it send out a customized message.

How can I fix this?
